Nice muffler, Luffy. That and Zoro's banter with Tashigi were the only worthwhile parts of the episode. I was so sick of watching the endless scenes with the running children that I'm immensely happy that's over now - or at least I hope it is.

I really don't understand why they had to try so hard to keep the candy away from the kids.

I'm mean, they've been taking it every day for a year. I know it's bad for them, but one more day isn't going to fuck them up any WORSE than they already are. And after eating it, they'd chill the fuck out for another whole day during which Chopper could work on a cure in peace.

Anyway, this would have been a much more impactful episode if Oda wasn't such a pussy about killing off characters to the point that it makes sacrifice almost meaningless. Chopper is going to save her, so it doesn't really matter.
