Description: This is Gameindustri. Beings called Goddesses rule the countries of this unreal world. The four goddesses govern four states: Planeptune, Lastation, Lowee and Leanbox. Based off the games, I guess this sorta takes place after the 2nd one. I dunno though, I never played them.

For clarity: Neptune/PurpleHeart is supposed to be the canceled Sega Neptune, Noire/BlackHeart is the PS3, Blanc/White Heart is the Wii, and Vert/Green Heart is the Xbox360. You can read the rest of the minor cast members on the wikipedia pages for the games.

I guess it's like a friendship/magical girl anime, but it's kinda bad pretty stupid, as the above picture illustrates.

I enjoy it mostly for the voice cast. Tanaka Rie ftw.

I liked the first two episodes. It's good that they are doing an original story for the anime. Unfortunately, I think this anime is easier to understand if you played the games. Specifically MK2. You get a better feel for all the characters if you played any of the games.

I'm surprised someone like Ryll is even watching this, though I should have expected it from the all-star cast of voice actors involved~.

Second episode was pretty good until they decided to change Underling's tone. I would have preferred if she kept her vulgarness from the game.

You win Neptunia. Not only have you been a solid parody of video games, now with your fanservice episode 8, you do a good job of making fun of censorship in anime or Japanese media in general.
