Berserk Golden Age Arc III: Descent

Movie has finally been subbed R-18 version by Commie.

This movie was just crazy, much better than the previous movies. The end part is so intense.

Quite a few scenes had been left out, but it worked nicely enough. In the end maybe the dropped scenes didn't matter so hugely for the larger plot, even though their absence would affect certain nuances.

A good movie all in all.

Well at least it was watchable, the music in the eclipse was definitely lacking tho... now we just have to wait for them to announce what comes next, and who knows by 2028 (tho it might be later with this 6 months no chapter pace) when the manga actually finishes they might do a faithful reboot

They could do a bunch of movies with the material out so far, if they wanted. Although by any reckoning the beginning now covered is the most dramatic part of the story, so who knows.

I was kind of hoping that at the end of he would have his Dragonslayer sword and equipment, ready to set out.

He did equip himself and headed out in the end credits. Just skip a minute or two.

    Just watched it.

    Loved it.

    Hated it.

And I actually cried for real like Iīve never done before for a movie.

It makes me question my ambitions as an author, as I donīt think I can ever match a story like this.

Itīs epic. Itīs bombast. Itīs opulent.

No use talking about the specific contents. BERSERK is the finest adventure story in all of entertainment mediaīs history.

You should probably watch either the show or the movies before watching the 3rd movie.

The movies are a "reboot" of the show. I would say you definitely need to watch movies 1-2 before watching this movie, it's a series so it goes in chronological order!~

It looked like Casca was enjoying her time with Griffith. I can hardly even call it rape.. I didn't like her much after that.

    Thanks shinta|hikari for the sig.

The manga implies she might have been drugged, on top of the other chaos. Also, there's a difference between enjoying and being unable to control physical sensations.

I still love the Skull Knight. His dialog with Zodd was great.
