    I have a totally different list of my favorite games in 2012. Here are the ones that I really liked:

    Total War Shogun 2: Fall of the Samurai
    Batman Arkham Asylum
    Witcher 2 (dat sex scenes)
    Mass effect 3 (I guess?)

    Prolly this is my GOTY for 2012:Crusader Kings 2. But it is totally a personal taste and I know that there are not so many who likes grand strategy games which the Paradox studio specialized in. Even so with Game of Thrones Mod.

    Xenoblade was easily my favorite. Then Sleeping Dogs and XCOM: Enemy Unknown. I don't think 2012 was that memorable for me besides these three.

    Resident Evil 6 is a bloated, shitty mashup of all the worst cliches of bad modern game design. I'm mystified why you enjoy it, as I pointed out to you in chat. It's also the only game on your list I've played, except the demo for Dragon's Dogma which looked sweet.

    2012 wasn't that memorable, i had one or two games that i would put on the list, but i can't remember them atm(probably X-com and something)

    Oh right I forgot about BF3 and Tera! Silly me!

    Definitely check it out DS, you will be surprised what you can do if you are a fuedal lord. Kill someone there, banish someone here etc etc..
