I think it'll only be Haruto, unless he dies or something. The clue is that Haruto's hunger will disable all the valvraves. Satisfying that will refill them in the same manner. His is also the only drive to contain Pino, so it's like all the other ones are slave-raves to his master-rave.

Also regarding that future-scene.. was it clear that the child was Saki's son? What I mean is.... what if it was her grandson, explaining the Dorssian-blood mixing in?
