    My computer is really instable and slow because it's totally f*ck*d up . Can anybody help me to optimize stability and performance?

    I'd suggest you start by Uninstalling useless software that might be on your system.
    Then remove all the spyware with Ad-aware.

    Update your graphics and chipset drivers.
    Defragmentize your Hard Drive
