World Voice+Data phone plans listings

If you travel even a little, you know you should never ever use your phone abroad... and even less dataroaming that will cost you several organs.

I was wondering if some of you know of some website that would list voice+data subscriptions for under a month in any country of the world with pricing and so on.

With an unlocked phone:
Go to country, identify where to get the simcard+subscription, place simcard, enjoy voice+data at a much lower rate than roaming.
Come back home, revert to your homeland plan.

Almost everyone around here uses pre-paid cards, couldn't you just get those?
