She's the daughter of the gunslinger/sniper pair. (The one who was used as a hostage during Lucy's battle with Raven Tail).

Stupid filler yet again took inspiration from Mira's battle uniform which made this appearance seem less original (yet again). FFS.

Now who knows where I can find this Sorcerer magazine?

I doubt it really needs to be said, but in the manga the other women never invaded the arena. I guess they wanted to stretch it for the anime, since the fight wasn't too long.
