It's as easy as pie. Just get down DC++ program and install it... Once you've done that, start it up and go to "public hubs"... On the personal settings you only have to share about 5-30 gig to get in to good hubs. The cnoose a nick, click on a hub and search for the stuff you want....

If you want to search in specific hubs, just use the "Filter search" to search for hubs containing the material you want like "anime" or something.

It's as easy as it gets, but if you need any more help than this, just PM me and i'll try and answer to the best of my ability.
