I forgot which episode it was but it was when Gaara was trying to kill Lee in the hospital and Gaara remembered Gai blowing his sand out of the way to save Lee. I just noticed they drew him alot different and meaner looking too
and also Lee, if anyone notices. Looks alot more like bruce lee i would say.

yer, lee looks different...i'm aware of this. If you compare lee during his first appearance with how he looks now.

Yea, he looks a lot more mature now. Everyone looks like they grew up a lot from the start of the exam till right now.

its all kile he said. Different artist. I have never seen any cartoon where the character ages and it shows (of course apart the ones that jump like 10 years in time)

i think naruto looks a bit different now

I think that they were trying to show that gai is pissed over gaara as lee trained so hard and gaara didn't even show him any respect over that. Instead he wants to kill him.

each episode has a different set of animators working on it, thats why you get some awesome eps and some pretty bad ones animation wise

Yeah I believe its character aging, can't be the artist because he looks too different.

i agree (= gai wants to protect lee is all. i'd have my game face on if i was about to be pulverized

i think what he means are those black lines instead of normal shadow..
I don't know what it's called in english, but the shadow on the body is messed up sometimes too..
but also i can't believe how they make those really crappy episodes.. even i can draw better than that
