This wasn't bad, as far as fillers go. Maybe because the fighting was so interrupted and thus the usual pitiful filler style fighting never really commenced.
Although I have to say no ninja of any real skill would ever get backstabbed like that. It was disgraceful.

It was pretty good for filler, but it was also kinda completely pointless because in the end they didn't "get" anyone.
You know, if I was fighting a guy who could summon mud walls, I'd walk around them.
Maybe explosion guy's ego won't let him do that though.
