I've been volumizing my bleach chapters (volume 27-55) and been reading through them again, made me remember somethings and made me mad about some others.

more questions.. we know that Uruhara's assistant was the vice-commander of the large guy from the vizards group. but who are Uruhara's two child workers? did they appear in one of the flashbacks? do we know much about them?

Not quite. Urahara's assistant, Tessai, was the head of the Kidou corps, and the big fat Vizard was the 2nd in command of Kidou corps.
The two children one seems to be some kind of created life form (the girl). The boy who knows. That's going to be another untied portion of the story, I'm sure.
