- Female char being a transfer student requesting to sit next to the main character upon arrival

- At the same time, it is revealed to the class (or the class thinks) that they are lovers

- The girl that's normally with the main char until now gets pissed/annoyed when he starts associating suddenly with the main girl.

I never said those similarities were shared exclusively between the mentioned two anime.

I pull the name of the first series that comes to my mind, and if there are more than one series that are similiar, the latest one is the most readily identifiable.
