Being told... lol. I've been over this 1000 times so i guess one more time won't hurt.
The first season of K-ON! was great. It was funny, entertaining to watch and it was about the music. They had videoclips, the band had a goal and the soundtrack was great overall. Then the second season came... along with the realization by Kyo Ani that the music wasn't what was making the sales and it was probably the most expensive or complicated aspect of the series, which led to 24 episodes of cute girls doing cute things with about 20 minutes of music spread in between.
That's why the franchise is crap, not because anyone told me so.

The one Authority per day rule kind of sucks, means Godou has nothing do use to fight small fries.
Until this episode, I was under the impression that the Boar was the only Authority that was limited to a once-per-day rule.. but it does suck if every one of those rules apply. That means if he could only get himself into 12 separate fights per day assuming he kills everybody with one attack per fight.
Erica chanting a different spell when she varies her attack would make things fresher aurally since that gets a bit redundant.
