Oh man, another awesome episode!

And somehow, they managed to make Zabuza's sword even cooler.

They also managed to clear up most of my worries from the last episode about the Seven Swordsmen. Makes more sense that, oh, the squad has been defunct for awhile now.

Seems like a missed opportunity though to have them fighting the Swordsmen and not having the Mizukage's bodyguard involved in the battle.

I like that we brought back Sasuke's flunkies just so one of them could play Mr. Exposition. It sounds like they are going to try and rescue Karin, but I don't think she'd even want to be rescued at this point.

Kakashi getting angry.. now that would make an awesome episode next week.

Too bad he won't be executing 1000 techniques though... not with his low chakra reserves with a cut abdomen to boot. I hope they don't just ignore that wound.

Talking about missed opportunity, how much cooler would it have been if Hinata's air-palm bent a clone's neck backwards at an impossible angle (or simply decapitated it) instead of giving us a generic explosion?

So, we have zombies fighting like real ninja and clones fighting like real zombies. Granted, I wasn't expecting anything spectacular from the clones, but their basic movement and fighting abilities are laughable. I guess they can explode or something to make them worth anything.

Kakashi getting angry is nice. They spent just enough time to make the Seven Swordsmen look capable, so Kakashi should have an opportunity to achieve something.

I really hope they aren't jerking our chain with that Kakashi tease. I've been waiting the whole series for the "Ninja that's copied 1000 jutsu" to use more than 5.


The Zetsu clones are rather disappointing. You would think they'd at least fight as well as Zetsu himself.

Although, I don't think we've seen Zetsu actually fight yet, so maybe they do.

Madara said that Zetsu isn't suitable for fighting. The only reasons they used him as the original is likely because of his stealth and him actually being clonable. (the latter reason taking the majority of the weight)
