Well I sure hope Chiyu has a perfectly good LEGIT reason for what she did. I'm so pissed right now. Even more after the battle on how she acted.

As someone else said earlier, this is obviously Chiyu's plan to sneak into their organization or otherwise just Noumi's confidence and determine a way to get Haru's wings back, and maybe a bit more too. There's no way they wouldn't take her in, her ability makes her far too valuable. Even if Noumi were to steal it, he'd end up wasting special meter healing himself instead of attacking, so instead he'll likely leave it with Chiyu, and eventually bring her into the organization fully.

For her to betray them is so completely out of character for her, and goes against everything she wanted in taking Brain Burst in the first place. Kuroyuki and others have said that BB changes people, but Chiyu's only ever fought in two matches (the practice one with Haru and Taku, and just now). She's not even to the level where she could do full unlimited burst. That's the part that changes people, not regular bouts.

Gotta trick your friends before you can trick your enemy. Taku and particularly Haru are not good enough actors to play along if they knew. Chiyu's not very good either, which is why she was starting to lose it in the woods, and just went cold in the elevator. Not only does it make it more convincing, seeing the two of them in legitimate anguish makes Noumi fill with joy.

It's not a terrible plan, but it's one that certainly has too many risks and uncertainties for the payoff. If it crushes Noumi's pride (and makes him throw a shitfit and cry like a little girl Haruyuki when he runs out of points) and exposes their organization of cheaters...it might almost be worth it.

Oh and how the hell did Chiyu was able to use her special skil??? I'm sure you have to "charge" it up or take some damage before your special skill gauge for it to fill up and for you tio use it. How the hell did it happened?

I understand what you you are trying to said Ryl. But a simple explanation to Silver Crow will do. Especially on what Silver Crow is experiencing right now with the bullying and stuff. It is just feels unfair to me.

Well Chiyu's move has always been a bit weird. Does it use her own special gauge, the target's special gauge, or both?

And then you see Haru's health go up, and his SP guage go down. In this episode, you saw the Noumi's status bars do the same thing.

In that episode, I think she was actually beating Haru to lower his health down to see an effect, since they were all initially baffled when she casted the spell on him to no effect.

I totally prefer both cute and lecturing Niko to "I'll rip your dick off" Niko.

"You only use an Incarnate attack if one is used against you" sounds like the military's anti-engagement rules. It kind of explains how it's been kept secret up until now, but at the same time it makes you wonder when it ever actually gets used, and how you can use it to your advantage.

Evil, foul-mouthed Niko is worlds better than fake saccharine polite Niko. Though, perhaps the best moments are when she switches from faking it to that look of complete disgust and rage. Better for her in the long run to not be so two-faced.

Haruyuki always inadvertently breaking her act might also give her a better degree of self-control.

I agree that evil Niko is necessary to create the gap and increase attractiveness. I just don't look forward to it when it happens.

I guess you could say that I find it such a waste for a cute design to expel such fowl language. I don't mind when she's in her Duel Avatar mode.

Wow, you're totally right. I could try defending this one by saying it's for shock value and fanservice.. but no, I'm not going to take this case. It would actually be better if Chiyu admits she wants to fuck Haru.

When Taku first shows up, he just seems like a very self-absorbed asshole. I see now that he had a pretty good reason for doing everything he did, oh and Chiyu is a real bitch. Everything she is doing, whether intentional or not is destroying Haru and Taku friendship.

On the other hand, I'm really liking Haru character development in this arc. I felt that he handled everything perfectly this episode from telling Chiyu to put her clothes back on to his confrontation with Weevil.
