I still didn't get the impression he was all that high of ranking member of Big Moms. That other guy, the one with long legs, seemed to have higher authority. Just if this is the case, then a few members of the Straw Hats needs to learn Haki as well. I think Sanji might be able to since he's able to do the sky walking that the CP9 agents were able to perform.

It's quite possible for Zoro, Sanji and Robin to be able to use Haki. Zoro was trained by Hawkeye (can't really see him growing without it and that eye that he has is certainly significant) , Sanji by one of the Revolutionary Captain and Robin has been in the Revolutionary camp as well.

What's the deal with all these anthropomorphic animals that have been popping up, anyway? (Bebo, Pekoms, the beasts of hell, etc.) Chopper's excuse was that he ate the human fruit. The beasts of hell were likely humans with zoan fruits, but obviously Pekoms ate the turtle fruit (or maybe he's a turtle that ate the lion fruit?) In any case, there must be some new-world explanation for these new creatures.

I like it, with the exception of cp9 Zoan's power has been severely underplayed. It's been the cannon fooder of devil fruits.
