She doesn't act like the Toradora Taiga, isn't voiced by the same seiyuu either, since you appear to be deaf if you think that Kugimiya Rie and Tamura Yukari sound the same. Remon isn't a tsundere. If you're going for the, "they're both loli characters, lol," you could not have picked a worse example. Had you gone with Furude Rika (who is coincidentally voiced by the same seiyuu), you might have had a decent case. Or Akai Ringo from Ookami-san to Shichinin no Nakama-tachi. Those two at least share the same personality type as Remon.
As for Remon's personality, watch Onegai Teacher and especially Onegai Twins. You'll understand. That's what they're going for here, utterly intentional. Either it is the same character using a fake name here, or she is particularly meant to evoke that character in every way possible. That's what my major point above is about.
