    Hate to say I told ya so. I can imagine Jimbei randomly popping into a future battle like 300 chapters from now, with the Princess and a fixed Noah, ready to save the strawhats from BlackBeard/uberthreat.

    HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!! Just when I was about ready to completely write off this arc entirely Oda drops off a bomb shell. SHiroshi and I guess the mermaid princesses are one of the weapons from the void century. Raises some really really interesting questions.

    I mean it's been hinted that the mysterious nation from the void century was extremly advanced I have to wonder if they genetically engineered the entire race of merpeople and fishmen. I mean it would sound ridiculous if it wasn't for the fact that we have doctor vega punk making an army of cyborgs for the world government that shoot lazers.

    Man I thought the ability to talk to Sea Kings was just an extension of the Conqueror's Haki. Although honestly at this point in the series most characters seem to have the ability to just outright kill sea king's with little effort hard to imagine how controlling them would give a huge advantage against world government or any of the more competant pirates in the one piece universe.
