No one should be surprised that Shu turned into a such a little bitch the very next episode. Enough that even the normal girl thought he was too much of a pussy and won't take him. Good for Hare, though she should have shoved him to the ground and pummeled him silly instead of just a slap.
Shu being a bitch aside (because I could go on for pages), I was surprised that, so far, Hare didn't go all crystallizing. They must be saving it for next time to increase the drama and stop making Shu such a pussy. Oh wait, there I go again.
I said it before and I'll say it again. The best character in this show is Segai. He's probably one of the best antagonists in a series in a long time. I'm rooting for him more than the main characters. He, Techno-Sorceress, and Ayase are the only things saving this series.
Isn't it hilarious how all the main characters just suck?
Peace.
I seriously thought Shu was going to man up after last weeks episode, guess not. Tbh, I thought after every episode, the next one would surely be when he mans up.... but we are 10 episodes in and Shu still sucks. Probably the most annoying about his suckage is the fact that he keeps talking/idolizing Gai.
Yet another show this season where they somehow think it's cool for the main character to cycle endlessly between man-mode and pussy-mode. It's as annoying as those people irl who tell you they'll do something but never end up doing it.
Ten episodes in, we still have no idea where everything's going.
If it's not Isuzu-chan Mii~
Seems like that flashback big sister of Shu's is selfish. "Do you love me?" "Then promise you'll make onee-chan happy."
It looks like my theories are getting closer to becoming true. Inori was definitely present in Shu's past; though it seems like Keido is trying to play it off as someone else with "the same face and figure". I'm also thinking that Haruka is actually his sister.
Wasn't expecting (although I should have been, I guess) that "Lost Christmas" was instigated by GHQ, or at least a fraction of it. I was led more to believe that the event was caused by an external source, and GHQ was developed in order to "contain" it. But I guess an easier way of containing a plague like this is to be the cause of it in the first place. Control the people through fear, right?
I'm respectfully declining to talk about Shu at this point. I can only hope the end of the series brings his character full-circle enough to compensate for his uselessness.
It's dangerous to go alone. Take Nep.
Well, the Haru and Shu scenes were taken straight from CG.... When Lelouch was feeling down and just wanted to use Kallen, he got slapped.

Guilty Crown's New Opening, Ending Theme Songs Revealed
It takes a special kind of beta to get NTRed twice.
Hare's auto-repair is pretty damn awesome.
And Yahiro's scissors also gives Shu gravity-defying movements. I don't think it has anything to do with the specific voids anymore. Any melee void automatically grants Shu the speed and manoeuvrability to use it.
If it's not Isuzu-chan Mii~
But guilty crown continues to suck due to the complete lack of continuitybetweenwithin episodes.
- One time a void removes barriers and unlocks doors, now it opens them only as long as is convenient for Shuu and allies.
- One time void is huge and can protect and entire ocean liner, the next it only covers Shuu, and yet somehow the Anti-Body forces don't see it important to shoot at the humvee, they only shoot at the void shield.
- Hare's void need to wrap around a robot leg to heal it and takes some time, the next it only loosely coils around a bridge, which is not only repaired much faster, the humvee drives over empty space. Is Hare's a bandage, or is it an Indiana Jones whip?
- Shears/Scissors are explicitly mentioned to sever life in a metaphysical sense, now merely act like Inori's sword.
- An Endlave getting speared has previously shown to kill or cause the pilot to go unconscious. Ayase is pained, but otherwise fine.
- Virus takes minutes to crystallize and convert people into dust. Gai is at epicenter and is mostly unaffected (presumed Inori blood transfusion keeping him safe). Inori's song cures many. Then as she gets cut off, tens of thousands are instantly converted to dust to build tower. Gai remains unchanged (still at epicenter!) since being healed by Inori's song.
Voids change for plot convenience, as do many other introduced properties and prinicples. That's a problem.

Ugh. I wish I could stop watching this after this episode.
Shu's sister Mana being infected and controlled by the crystal/rock is one thing. The incest is another. Furthermore is the come-from-nowhere "marriage ceremony" that destroys and rebuilds the human race. That for some reason, despite Mana being fucked up and wanting her brother, the other old dude can override just because he's got the rock. And the other creepy kid goes along with it, officiating the whole thing? While the creepy kid at the same time is thinking that Shu, "shows promise." But isn't that contradictory if Shu dies with the rest of the world in the Instrumentality reboot marriage? And despite it taking place in a metaphysical non-space where Mana exists, Gai and the robot can break into it?
Oh, and lest I forget. Gai and Shu were once best friends that looked approximately the same age (although now Gai appears at least 6 years older than Shu), but AMNESIA!!!!!
[Ryllharu: ...]
"You were dying Gai, you lost a lot of blood!"
"The cancer saved me."
[Ryllharu: .......]
"Now that your amnesia is gone, Ouma Shu, you're in a new king mode?"
[Ryllharu: ................]
WTF did I just watch?
I'm sorry. This series was starting to recover, and in one episode it went straight to being utter dross (maybe two, 11 was bad, but not this terrible). I'm only sticking around to see the how deep a crater this trainwreck makes.
I'm biased and I like Inori, so my opinion is that of Ryll's, minus half the intensity.
If it's not Isuzu-chan Mii~
I don't know if I understood correctly that Mana and Shu are not blood related...
All the things I really like to do are either illegal, immoral, or fattening. And then: Golf.
Lol incest. Lol cancer saved me. Lol amnesia.
So Gai obviously went through some sort of hormone treatment to get stronger since he looks older than any other kid his age. Also, yet another new void rule is added for the sake of convenience... aparently holding hands allows you to remains conscious and even use your own void. And the cherry of it all would be Gai's jacket that was skewered half a dozen times and now rests in Shu's hands perfectly undamaged.
This show is so shit.
Continuity Errors placed deliberatelyFTW! :P
