The full version was really flat. I had it playing while caught up on GW, but after 3 tries I had to restart the song, sit still and give it my full attention. Every other time it just faded into white noise and I lost track of it.
Granted, I wasn't as impressed even by the TV version as you guys I think.
When I mentioned that I loved the songs, I was mainly referring to these two tracks: (and the latter one at that)

Actually, it had the TV version in it. It was the 2nd half of the song. Too bad the rest of it was boring crap. It had unnecessary and bland sections, which almost seemed like they were there to fill up the song time.

Aside from the fact that they actually had to introduce her so they could make use of her, once again, incredibly convenient Void, did she actually have any legitimate reason to defend Shu at school? Her void implies that she's a coward, putting up an impenetrable front to protect her sad, dejected self with an inferiority complex. I'm not sure why she would bother to defend him, even if she's playing Miss Perfect. I expected the glasses girl to defend Shu.
I guess on the positive side they showed that Undertaker/Funeral Dirge does in fact, need capital to run their operations.

This episode put me back into the "wtf am I watching again?" mindset.
Is this show about GHQ.. or Shu? Perhaps my favourite part was how Shu actually got rubbed off some aphrodisiac abilities from Gai.

I find this show very strange, i hardly enjoy watching it at all though i feel it has all the elements necessary for an enjoyable experience... I can't point my finger at any one thing that's ruining it for me though, so it must be the sum of all its faults.
Lack of a great character?
That has been my complaint with other shows, like Canaan and Bantorra. Technically great shows with lots of action and a good plot, but without any characters to really get into.
While I really like Inori's design, particularly her costume, she is absurdly boring. She does nothing, literally, but conveniently teleports to deliver Tiger Knees on gun wielding enemies.
