I mean, crocodiles aren't really that hard to escape if you see them right in front of you. They are mostly ambush predators.

He didn't see that one on the right until the last second.

He was looking at the ones further away through the viewfinder.

Dunno if that last debris throw put off the croc's lunge or not.

The other people were screaming warnings to him, but he simply arrogantly ignored it all. I almost wish he had lost his camera to the croc.

Crocodilians are exceptional ambush predators, just like the great cats.

This was as stupid as turning your back on one of the great cats. They're all opportunists. They'll go for it. People like to make a big deal about how you can just tape a gator or croc's mouth shut because they have a weak open force. But they're more than capable of doing a very quick death roll and twist your arm off in a few seconds if they do get you.

The more you resist, a natural instinct, the more effective their spin is.

"The Last Samurai of the Far North: Tanikawa Rokuya, Neurosurgeon"

Long video. No idea what this guy's complication rate is (but apparently the relapse rate is 0% - whatever relapse is referring to). About as close to Monster as you're going to get in real life I'd say.

Watching this made me almost cry. This man is such an astoundingly skilled human being, I couldn't do that even if I lived to 1000 years. He's a different species compared to me. These people ought to be treated like superstars, like gods, and yet they go to their hospital in the morning and go home in the evening like everyone else. Wow.

I want to say thank you into the online void, maybe it somehow reaches him.

"She's the only non-loli girl in the show, your honor!" will be my defense in court

Question below for after watching the video:

""How long did it take for you to realise this wasn't a model car? For me it was only until they showed the seats and stuff. The rotating platform was trippy. ?""

Not sure if you guys had seen the news a while back of this 80yo Japanese lady handing in her keys to a pretty mint looking RX-7 because she will no longer drive. I think she gifted the car back to Mazda.

Mazda ended up making an actual video which is cool. What took me by surprise was that she watched Initial D at 55, saw the RX-7 and went "That's cool, I want one".

I got to the end of the video. So it turns out she's only done 77 592km in it. That explains why its in such good shape. She didn't seem like the type that would be rebuilding rotary engine on the weekend.
