?) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Boichi. The plot tells the story of Ken who is in love with a Korean girl called Yumin. He dropped out of high school and followed her to Korea in an attempt to be in the police force just like her. Instead, he finds himself as the head of a local gang.
The story revolves around Ken, the main character who wants to become a police officer just like the girl he loves. But due to unforeseen circumstances, he becomes the head of a local gang Called 28 and tries to hide it from the girl he loves since she hates gang members. As the manga progresses he recruits new members and becomes notorious by taking down other gangs.
