And of course, Smallville has ended.

Here some notable new shows, for good or bad:

    Falling Skies (TNT)

    Awake (NBC)

    The Playboy Club (NBC)

    Grimm (NBC)

    Up All Night (NBC)

    The River (ABC)

    Last Man Standing (ABC)

    Once Upon a Time (ABC)

    Work It (ABC)

    Man Up! (ABC)

    Charlie's Angels (ABC):

    Missing (ABC):

    Terra Nova (FOX)

    Napoleon Dynamite (FOX)

    Allen Gregory (FOX)

    Alcatraz (FOX)

    The Finder (Bones Spinoff FOX)

    Person of Interest (CBS)

    Ringer (The CW)

    Secret Circle (The CW)

In all, I don't think there's a lot to look forward from new shows overall. Consider that I've only mentioned what look at most notable.

There are rumors that there's The Incredible Hulk in development with Gillermo del Toro behind it. Also rumors of development of an adaptation of Stephen King's The Dark Tower with Ron Howard behind it and another adaptation for Neil Gaiman's American Gods.

There was a rumor of Wonder Woman potentially being picked up by NBC, but it seems like they have passed on it.

Here's a chart with the primetime schedule (doesn't include The CW):
