    Tiger & Bunny



    Sternbild City is home to people called "Next," who use their special abilities to protect the people as superheroes. These heroes solve cases and save lives so they can wear sponsor logos or acquire "hero points." Their activities are documented on the popular program "Hero TV," which picks the "King of Heroes" in a yearly ranking. The veteran hero Wild Tiger has always preferred to work alone, but now he's been assigned the rookie Barnaby Brooks Jr., who has a different perspective on being a superhero.

    This show has an interesting concept. Instead of being vigilantes or members of some secret society, the superheroes here are like players of a reality show with full corporate sponsorships to boot!

    Also, having a non teenage character as the protagonist is a big plus for me.

    Lol, true. the company logos can be distracting sometimes.
    I think this show has a lot of potential. It's a shame that the title can drive people away.

    I'm loving this actually.

    Does Ice girl have a crush on Kotetsu? I'm not quite sure what she meant when she got cut off in this episode. She was saying something like "Who do you think I came here for-"

    Kotetsu seems to think she likes Bunny though.

    That seems to be the case but she's waaay too young for Kotetsu. I don't want him to face the court for things other than property damage.

    Ice girl was shocked at the news that her crush has a daughter. That scene was hilarious.

    I love dragon girl. Her design is just so cute.

    I'm glad that the partners are starting to get along, even having a drinking session together.

    Fun episode. Karina's reaction was really funny. I wonder how she will handle her feelings towards Kotetsu after this.

    It's kinda sad to see that, despite being the father figure of the younger heroes, Kotetsu's obligations as a father to Kaede is lacking.

    And fans has dubbed the guy in the end as "Naked Fire Jesus." lol

    Naked Flaming Jesus sounds better, but props to whoever came up with the Jesus idea first.

    I do hope that something concrete develops between Kotetsu and Karina. Since Kotetsu's wife is already dead, nothing is stopping him from getting a teenage girlfriend.
