Looking for volunteers for Gotwoot Fansubs fun project

    DUBBING

You heard right. We're looking for amateur voice actors for a little side project we plan on doing soon. We're going to get together on Skype or whatnot and dub an episode of something.

What are we dubbing? Why are we dubbing?

    Don't worry about it.

If you're interested in lending us your voice for something fun and silly, then sign up here. Roles are limited.

It's one episode long. Whether or not we do multiple takes will depend on how it turns out.

I wish someone will be able to scream like Domon in G Gundam but in English and still sound awesome.

    How about sound quality?
I guess we can leave that question for after getting a team. But it's just so I know what kind of mic I should buy.

Logitech sells a cheap mic headset for around $20 American that is excellent quality.

<@Terra> he told me this, "man actually meeting terra is so fucking big", and he started crying. Then he bought me hot dogs

Since you seem to only have a french man and a guitar, I'll sign up. If you need a Jamaican, gots that's too.

Yeah, that one. It's the mic most of us were using for the Gunnerkrigg Court fandub. It's the cheapest, most accessible mic you can get with decent quality.

How are you going to determine the roles BoC? Do you have say, a few test lines written out that portray various personalities and audition from there, or is it fairly lax and fun?

You know the important distinction between Batman and me? Batman is fictional. In real life, there isn't always an alternative.

I hope you intend to recruit the ladies from the fansub group because otherwise you'll need to jokedub Hakuouki or something with the male only group of volunteers you get here.
