She saw a vision of what looks like Luffy's silhouette. Unless Oda is drawing a fake picture just to mess with the readers (I highly doubt it), that is either Luffy or a young Roger (maybe even after his death, he may indirectly cause the island's destruction?).
Yeah, there`s that too, oh well, i guess it will be Luffy somehow.
