You're the one that smells most? I saw that when I uploaded it to AniDB and was using MediaInfo to input the audio/video/subtitle info.

What the heck... that was the end? Looks like this series lived up to my original forecast of disappointment after all. It made me believe for a little bit in the middle there that maybe it could turn into something worthwhile, but it never happened. And suddenly Merry can turn dream demons into golden sparkles that sends them back home and shatter the bad guys, and tagged on the end the bit about humans being able to have lots of dreams, so for the people who lost their dreams its no big deal because they can just have some new ones now. That little addendum really undermines the entirety of what they were fighting for. This whole series was choppy, disorganized, and full of cheesy tag-lines but no real character development. The premise had potential, but the execution was greatly lacking. It wasn't horrible or anything, just very generic and forgettable. I give this series a rating of 'Meh'.

I wouldn't even give it that. With the gradual degradation of the animation, I'd give it a "Peh."

The beautiful art and direction of the fight scenes of the first episode made me watch this show. There should be a law that the 1st episode's quality should reflect the quality of the entire show.

They still never explained the part when Merry went berserk and got super powerful with those keys on her hands.

Im not positive about this, since I've never readed the source material, but someone at RandomC mentioned this series was full of filler.

I was hoping to at least get a beat down with Merry using her keys, but we didn't even get that.

Yeah, way too many loose ends. The only thing I could figure was that they're setting it up for a second season. We've got Merry's mysterious ability with the keys, John Doe, Play's revenge, the origin of Yumeji's ability, and the big bad end boss all unresolved.

I hope this doesn't get a sequel. Better spend money on better source material, like Utsuro no Hako, Zero no Maria.
