Manga Scan Site List

If its OK with the admins, I'd like to create a comprehensive list of sites for people to find manga scans, now that OneManga has shut down and it seems to have been the primary source for most people to find manga. If it's OK, sticky; if not, delete.

Baka-Updates tracks the releases of just about every manga and links to the scan group's page:
