Why is it that nobody decides to use his Bankai on the *strongest* espada!?

On that note, have we seen ANY of the Vizard's Bankais yet?
Honestly I think it would have been awesome if stark just quit and went back to Hueco Mundo to sleep. He hit the nail on the head that Aizen could not give a shit about him or any of the other espada's
Soifon had to lose one arm before she admitted it might be the time to try her bankai. With that kind of attitudes around I'm not counting on us seeing too many new bankai before the end. Unless the culmination of this battle is everybody one by one attacking Aizen with their bankai and everybody getting defeated - exactly according to Aizen's plans.
I'm not trying to make sense of this piece of shit plot or anything but I'd assume they're saving their bankais for Aizen
