The 4 minutes or so of actual action was good.
New ED is good.
Overall score = -200 for filling the time with shit consistently. The past two months could have been one episode with no story loss.

I tried it on several players and had issues.
that said, this episode sucked, it could have not happened and we could have just had next episode (hopefully) and it would have been better probably.

yeah this episode pretty much sucked. By the time they finished recap and the Bleach half-way mark wallpaper came up, i was like fuck this.
This series is going to need a Bleach Kai at this rate. =(

Something tells me it would only be a slight improvement...
I just watched all eps from 165 up to this point. I don't mind the fights. I found a lot of it entertaining. I especially liked the Ichigo Hollow conversion. But I think what's troubling me is that Ichigo has all this power locked away and can only be released when he's not in control. In other words, it's bad enough that he's not part of the main action, he's actually irrelevant to the whole story at this point because he cannot fight the top dogs.
I'll keep watching. Not sure why.
And what's up with the spoilers at the start of each episode? Every show I've seen this done was eventually cancelled.
Urahara's entrance is stealthy. Unfortunately, Aizen is just too powerful and sneaky.
Bleach should be cancelled for the crap it's worth right now.
