I would vote for the plan to include an extra official reviewing instant replays and assist the on-field referee to make proper calls. Each team has a limited number of challenge, say 5 times.
I do see a problem whereby, 20 players are doing various fouls, that would still make hard work for the officiating crew.

Brazil eliminated, i'm shocked.
Dunga is done, he should've taken Ronaldhino. The entire team panicked after that OG and played terribly. The dutch did a good job exploiting their weakness though and i expect to see them in the finals.
