Just got back - amazing movie. I wish real life were like that.
Gotta see that again. And clearly Mary Elizabeth Winstead needs to be given more lead roles.
I think I know precisely what I mean
    when I say it's a schpadoinkle day

Only got to watch it just now, since it's only been released in theaters here today. Anyway here is my mini review of it:

Just saw Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World....(finally...).

    This movie was totally awesome.
In a world where adaptations mostly don't do the source material justice, this movie is almost like the holy grail of adaptations, in fact I liked it so much that I feel it's more fun than the comic it is based on.

Overstatement? No. Every piece of dialog, every scene, every camera angle, every special effect and even all of the clothing/setpieces have been so excellently emulated that I can't help but wonder why all adaptations can't be like this.
Sure there has been some condensing of stuff, Like the reason why Scott is such a good fighter, the reasons why he was kind of blacking out during some scenes, which in turn directly links to why they altered "nega-scott"'s part, why he is living together with Wallace and his fight with the robots.

But all of this condensing is forgiven because as earlier stated every other aspect of the movie was just utterly perfect, and I can understand why they left out that stuff because it would just convolute the story even further for the casual viewer and anyone who hasn't read the comic.
Also they made knives much cuter than she was supposed to be in the comic and ramona has the most epic axe-kick shown in a movie ever (that scene was incredibly cool).

So yeah this movie is totally worth an A+, totally worth watching, and then totally worth watching again ;].
I'll definitly be watching this again soon. Highly recommended, go check it out ;D!
    Yeah....pretty brilliant stuff.

Twas a great watch, looked amazing and the plot shifted between nonsense and awesomeness. Reading the comics now, they're pretty good too.

I forgot how much I loved the soundtrack to this movie.

Beck seriously fucked up because Sex-Bob-omb is supposed to be just an ok band but he made all their music amazing:

<@Terra> he told me this, "man actually meeting terra is so fucking big", and he started crying. Then he bought me hot dogs
