I was checking Wikipedia to see if they had any info why ep13 wasnt released yet, and i stumbled on to this piece of info:
"March 9, 2010, IGN.com reported that the production of Season 2 has been delayed due to star Andy Whitfield being diagnosed with early-stage non-Hodgkin lymphoma. According to the weekly New York magazine, due to the delay, Starz is developing a six-episode prequel to Spartacus: Blood and Sand."

I'm pretty sure episode 13 aired last night unless I'm missing something. Though, I think this prequel business explains something. I've seen the articles informing of the delay in the production of season 2, but I've also seen a commercial that (I think) said that season 2 would begin airing on Friday, April 23rd. I'm assuming then, that the prequels are what begin airing on the 23rd.

Man, Crixus made her die slow. Can't believe Spartacus was nicer to Batiatus, who by the way, I'm going to miss. Bastard as the man was, he was fucking brilliant and had SOME honor as long as it didn't impede his ambition. The perfect bad guy. I actually felt a little bad for him when Doctore (who we now know to be Oenomaus-leader of the rebellion besides Crixus and Spartacus) didn't answer his call. Such a magnificent schemer...gone
And yes...I've been waiting since I was a teenager to see Xena naked. I'll miss her too

I REALLY wanted Asher to run into crixus outside.
I'm wondering, just how is Asher going to be a relevant character next season? I ask because Asher was a slave, and his master was killed in a slave rebellion. Now he had an out at some point, Selonius, but that guy's dead too. So Asher basically is a wanted man, and he has no connections to turn to. This is quite a bind for him to weasel his way out of.
