    Sound playing issue

    Hi. As the title says i got a sound playing issue on my HP Laptop. Well the problem is it can only play sounds from one media ( so if i try to run music and a game only of of them works and after a while that one shuts down and i have to stick with the games sound)

    So not sure if its a hardware issue or software, but if anyone had similar problems in the past and fixed please Help !

    P.S if you offer a fix ill recommend you everyday for a week

    Sounds like a driver or even directx problem if it's indeed universal like that and not connected to just that one particular game.

    I'd try to reinstall / upgrade sound system drives and check with dxdiag that directx finds no (sound) problems.

    Though I've never had problems like that.

    It seems now that its fixed :O Cant believe i forgot to update drivers......
