I'm pretty sure she knows Mikado's the admin, as shinta said. Not to mention Celty and Izaya (or was it Shizu-chan, I forget) saw him work his magic on the Dollar's site after he was attacked by Namie's goons.

Seriously, there hasn't been that great of a deal of things to discuss with the Yellow Scarves vs Dollars vs Slashers episodes. Kida gets all emo about everything, Masaomi gets cold feet about everything, and Anri has big boobs. Repeat for three or four episodes.
I guess it is still awesome that the only dedicated Enforcers that the Dollars have is Erika and Walker. They're insane too. Sure, Celty and Shizuo are there as well, but they do what they want, they don't go around looking for trouble like the other two do.
I never said for THORA to "sub" them... I said "release" them... I know very well they don't sub their own releases. Doesn't change the fact their releases are very high quality and what I would like to archive, even if they use CrunchySubs subtitles.

If your problem is image quality i don't see what you're complaining about since all these 720p encodes we've been getting are pretty great
I've personally been enjoying this second part every bit as much as i did the first one. This trinity of power formed by the 3 friends with Izaya in control of everyone's string in the dark is pretty entertaining
