Muxing multiple files

I just downloaded Kenshin but all the files come separately in ogg and sfv format, which as you can imagine is quit annoying

I wanted to mux it all into mkv but there are 95 files, so i was wondering if there was any way to mux multiple files

I think mkvmerge GUI can mux multiple files. I remember converting Sailor Stars with it, to remove the english track, but I can't recall if I used this tool or another one. Specially since I only have mkvmerge right now. Problem is I don't know if I remuxed them before or after I changed computer.

Do try it though. It has a job queue, so it may be what you are looking for.
