    If the hachibi is a octopus, why can't Killerbee breath underwater as well?

    Well this little plot twist came out of nowhere. It's a little Deus ex machina, but I don't hate it. Samehada has suddenly become very cute.

    in stead of ink, why didn't he just use lightning and electrocute all of the water?

    though i prefer bee way over Kisame, i gotta agree about the whole deus ex machina. pretty lame that the only reason he's alive is because Kisames sword turned on him...
