Are these underground boxing/muay thai places supposed to be respectable organizations or crooked ones? I don't get why it's "underground" if everyone is so nice and all.

On the second page you see the underground Muay Thai people weren't that bad when "Mr. Agaard from the Romtyphoon gym" was there. Now "the underground Muay Thai world is getting terrible lately." It seems like they were nice and respectful to everyone else before this ordeal.

Well, it looked pretty brutal to me. Although some things were weird; like the refs in a fight. You would think that everyone fights to the death in the "Underground World".

Yeah, I also assumed that people would be dying left and right in these "underground" fighting rings. I don't know how Kenichi's masters went through underground boxing/muay thai w/o killing anyone.

I have no idea how Apachi was hitting people so hard without killing them. The other masters I can see being able to defeat without really damaging people, but he basically is battering people with very hard strikes and his (presumably) hard body. Well, I suppose he did technically kill Kenichi a few times, but I am not sure how Muay Thai and Boran can be used as the Fist of Life.

Well, I mean he was fighting someone just as powerful (if not more) than him. I think it good to show the masters having trouble with other masters. I bet he isn't dead anyway.
