1) Demon dies permanently (probably not)
2) Demon escapes and starts trashing the place.
3) Demon is incapacitated for set period of time, and reappears like 10 years down the road.

Outside of #1, why would the Fox Demon help naruto out? Wouldn't he rather Naruto die so he can escape?
