Yeah, "supposedly" so are Hancock, Moria and Crocodile.
I think we've yet to see a Shichubuki who was actually loyal to the World Government. They're all either secretly betraying the WG like Moria and Crocodile, or they're sparing pirates that they should be capturing like Kuma and Hawkeye.
Also, as far as Perona is concerned, he may not have had the authority to arrest her. She was part of a Shichubuki's crew, not a pirate crew.
They all have their own agenda that the WG is more or less lenient about, like marines getting caught up in Hancock's indiscriminate stoning, or marines getting caught up in Moria's indiscriminate shadow-stealing, or Doflamingo's slave trade, etc. But none of that was really on the level of Crocodile trying to overthrow an entire kingdom under the world government to obtain an armageddon death-machine.

I'm not arguing that. I'm just saying that so far, not one of the Shichubuki seems to be "loyal" to the WG.
I'm sure anyone that is truly loyal to the WG would be a marine, not a pirate

Are you suggesting that any of the pirates capable of gaining enough notoriety to strike fear in any other pirate or marine crew alike might have done so against their will?
If someone with a backstory like Coby became a shichibukai, I'd seriously lol.

I think Boa would meet one of his descriptions if she actually wanted to hunt down pirates instead of whatever it is she does.
That's what the amazon pirates do. They pillage from whoever they run across, whether it be pirates, marines, merchants, w/e.

Isn't 1080p a bit of an exaggeration for One Piece?
I watched ep 417 in 1080p, without having watched any lesser quality of it first... and my god it was glorious.
I just wish the 1080p versions were released at a much faster rate, i usually wait for the 720p but even that gets released so slow sometimes that i can't wait any longer and just watch the 480p.

Indeed. I prefer the 1080p version, because I stream it from my pc to my PS3 and watch it on my Samsung.
