This is the most recent manga by Mizukami Satoshi, who's becoming one of my favoriites mangakas as of late. He's the creator of Hoshi no Samidare: The Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer and Psycho Staff, which you guys should check out.
Anyways, fairly cool story with good complex characters, with ambigous moral values. The story overall is quite carefree, but it's balanced by some tragedy, some good action and no character is really safe. They can die at any moment.
The art is pretty good too, I particularly like the character designs.
