Oh man that pancreatic cancer is a killer. One of the worst cancers you can get, prognosis for recovery is extremely low, and you don't get many years to live once you get it.
Swayze was a badass, loved some of his movies and he was awesome in North/South.

My favorites were Next of Kin and Road House.
I saw a movie about corrupt truckers with Patrick Swayze in it when I was about 10 and it made me want to be a truck driver. I'll always think of him when I remember that particular pipe dream.
I also grew up watching Ghost, and I guess that's a reality now. We need Whoopie Goldberg.
