Once again, I'm abit disappointed with Ichigo. Renji won the battle with some wits but Ichigo ends up overpowering his opponent in an aura clash, predictably.

He needs to show some tactics but looks like its not going to happen anytime soon.

This is shounen anime. Sheer willpower is far more useful than any tactics or special techniques.

After re-watching some episodes, maybe Muramasa has a time limit for whatever he is trying to accomplish. :/

What? You mean like introducing an invisible character inside ichigo as opposed to 3 bloody filler dolls?

And with him in place they can more easily spin off into other fillers to boot... It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest.

Bleach has done this before. Fillers in the middle of an ark.

The manga is very close so I understand why. Maybe they should start animes later so the manga is already ahead.

When I first watched Bleach I was 200 episodes behind. So I was able to skip the fillers. Now its annoying that I have to wait weeks for the next cannon episode.
