I knew I wasn't looking forward to this episode. It's nothing we haven't seen before when Ikkaku is back with Keigo's sister, except a few funny occasions better than the last ones. Still, the next "arc" looks pretty promising.

Not sure if anyone pointed this out, but in the upcoming episodes the designs for some of the new.. characters I guess I should call them, is given by the manga author, so it's not 100% completely useless filler.
Eh, Oda does that for all the One Piece movies and fillers also. Doesn't keep them from being crap.
Of course, character design is the low point of One Piece in my opinion.

IN terms of personality or look? Because if you mean personality then I'll agree with you. If you mean the look, then I 100% disagree with you. I think Oda has some of the coolest looking character design looks out there for a while now.
And what do you consider cool looking? name some anime designs you like. I'm curious now.
