Scarlett <3, I also loved the homage to the cartoon's at the end, with the suitcase suit.

I've been reading multiple reviews that say the movie is shit. Kinda has me worried.

I am slightly worried for this flick, but I'll reserve judgment until I actually see it. Scarlet Johansson worries me the most. She's not a terribly good actress. And she looks even worse as a brunette.

She has an awesome body but her face isn't what I'd call beautiful.

I wonder if people are tired of Robert Downey Jr's smarmy slick guy persona. He used it in the first movie and in Sherlock Holmes.

Her face is actually pretty beautiful, (e.g google images)

Although it might just be a case of personal taste, to each their own ^_^

Well, Tony Stark is like that, so I would hope Downey would adopt that persona. It would be weird if he was suddenly all sullen and crap.

As a straight female, I couldn't care less about her looks. She has a kind of weird face. I'd have to say her body is pretty nice, though, which makes it understandable why all the guys would drool over her and completely ignore the fact that she's a mediocre actress at best. xD I'll be pleasantly surprised if she does a good job, though.

Maybe in one of the multitude of comic universes Stark might behave that way, but in the ones I read during the 80s and 90s, he was a lot more reserved and conservative than what you see in the movie version.

    ???

No, he`s always been like that, on like... every universe.

About Samuel L Jackson and the Ultimate universe, a fun fact is at some point in the comics they talk about who should play which character and yeah the other members though Samuel L Jackson would fit to play Fury, though Fury didn't quite agree if I don't remember wrong.

As for Scarlett she resembles Black Widow enough when it comes to looks so that was enough for me.

Anyway saw the movie a couple of hours ago, it was pretty fun and lived up most of my expectations. There's a few things missing but since it haven't premiered everywhere yet I'll hold my tongue.

This is my favorite rendition of Black Widow, and Scarlett just doesn't match up:

'Together again...for the first time' ...lolwut? :P

I never really that many marvel comics (though i did read a few) so i don't have anything to compare what they 'should' look like in live action movies (except for a few select ones), but i can see how people that have read alot of the comics and got used to a certain look/version of a character can get annoyed when the actor/actress portraying that character doesn't match up to that.. ^_^

Haven't really read much with Black Widow since there aren't a lot of comics where I live, so mostly used to her look in Daredevils Guardian Devil story, which is probably the only place I've read anything with her in it.

Just got out. It's 3 am. So tired. On the plus side, an awesome movie was made even more awesome with an in-person appearance by Robert Downey Jr himself.

    Gotta love hollywood.

Edit: Also, there's another cutscene after the credits, so make sure to sit through to the end.
