This is what was missing at the start of the manga. Interaction with more than one female at the same time. Not only Shiori ignores Keima (apparently because of the Kanon business) but now she also witness a shocking scene with Yui.
I knew Yui was going to appear on this chapter. She wasn't hard to recognize on page 9 after Keima began to follow Shiori.
Shiori's silent reaction was as cute as ever.

As amusing as this chapter was with Yui's antics... it felt the plot didn't quite progress at all.

Wherein Keima realizes that juggling five girls is hard.
A decidedly humdrum chapter.
I don't remember Tsukiyo being that short normally. That raises her chances of being voiced by Kugimiya Rie by 200%.

As fun as this chapters are... I really want the plot to move forward already. At this pace... we won't see any progress until march or april
Tsukiyo is not noisy enough to warrant Kugimiya. I'd prefer someone with a more reserved voice.
I agree with RZ. A faster pace would do wonders for this arc. We have seen all the girls, so parading each of them for so long again is going to get old quickly.

She's typecast to hell, but her range is actually very strong compared to many of her peers.

Early and late Kamyu, Rana, Shannon, Shirayuki Mizore, and especially, Imai Hotaru.
She's better known for her noisy tsunderes, but she quite capable of the cold and stoic variety too.
The Imai Hotaru voice would indeed work. Unfortunately, since she is typecast to hell, it is unlikely she will be chosen for the cold stoic role even if the character is a loli.

Normally I don't post the links to Omakes, but this one contains 4 special images that the author made after an Internet poll he had. Even though the results were heavilly spammed by fans he went and did the top four girls... Elsie, Haqua, Kanon and... Mio?

No other idea why, she was one of the most boring girls in my opinion, if not the most.
Well... I did vote on that poll and did check its progress through the day it ran. Several users used the typical -clear cache vote again- spamming and made several characters rise a lot. At first Ayumi, Tenri, Kanon and Haqua were winning. Neither Elsie nor Mio figured at first... but after the heavy spam the voting ended like that. The author didn't seem to care and drew those that 'won'
Maybe it's because of the anime. Mio and Kanon were featured there after all.

I remember that Ayumi, Tenri, Kanon and Shiori (I said Haqua at first but I got confused there) were winning when I voted. Each had about 1000 votes or so.
When the poll ended neither Ayumi nor Tenri had more than 2000 votes... wheter the girls that won had over 5000 votes. Each.
And the poll lasted one or two days. It was heavilly spammed.
Though if the anime had had any influence on the voting Haqua wouldn't be there... and Shiori would have had more votes than Mio anyways.
Its still going slow, but this chapter was at least quite enjoyable for me. Maybe because I'm an Ayumi-fan apart from being a Kanon-fan.
Separating both girls...
Ayumi's scene outside the bathroom seemed as if she wants to push him away because its eating her that he's suddenly 'going out' with Kanon. Miyako's questions to Keima only fueled Ayumi's anger.
Chihiro's scene seem to come out of nowhere. It seems she has taken a like to music so much she didn't even notice she was talking with Keima as if nothing had happened. It all crashed on her as she left the store, lol.
Seeing this... seems next chapter will be focused on Shiori and Yui, since Tsukiyo already left on her limo.
I viewed it as them finally picking up the pace again (and fulfilling the promise of a faster moving series).
Ultimately I liked the Chihiro scene more than the Ayumi one, even though I don't really like Chihiro. It was a nice side of her we usually don't see, and one I'm pretty sure Keima didn't expect either.
