Well....actually Danzou can't possibly be an Uchiha....
I imagine Danzou has been a resident of Konoha his whole life, in which case everyone would know if he was born into the Uchiha clan. The beginning of the series established that Sasuke and Itachi were the only known surviving members of the clan.
Unless Madara stole the original Danzou's identity at some point... that sharingan has to be an implant. I wouldn't put it past him, either, if he's looking for Orochimaru's research for other body manipulations.
Once again Kishimoto proves to us that the most likely prediction is the most obvious prediction.

Aw man I just managed to convince myself that their might be something to look forward to in the next chapter and you had to go and ruin it right.
I agree Danzo can't possibly be an Uchiha but it's pretty obvious that this entire series revolves around the Uchiha or more specifically the sharingan.
That being said, it seems the only way Kishi is able to let the readers know that one of his characters is more than just a secondary character that will never amount to anything more than being a cheer leader on the sidelines. Or one of those background characters that gets their moment in the spotlight only to burnout in a couple arcs, if they even make it that far. Is by popping a sharingan in their eye socket, and this being the third time, the big reveal is becoming redundant.

Danzou can't be an Uchiha, It looks like his sharingan is permanently activated just like Kakashi. The probable reason why he looks frail aside from being old is he overused his sharingan at one point and damage his body.
On the other hand, I'm interested to find out which hidden village Danzou's attackers are from. It would be awesome if they're from Konoha.
An implant just like Kakashi's. This makes sense with his link to Orochimaru.
Those Bandages on Naruto's face are because the cloud nins effed him up.

Well for those wanting it to be Obito's eye could be right. I mean ANBU do retrieve and dispose of ninja corpses to make sure the secrets don't fall in to rival villages hands. So ANBU could have been disposed to retrieve Obitos body and then discovered that his eye was still intact enough to be used and Danzuo decided to take it for himself. But then again it could be an random Uchiha's eye since he could just have taken one form a body after Itachi slew them all. Would be funny if he revealed to Sasuke when they fight that it's his own fathers eye.
I don't think he's an Uchiha himself. Just like Kakashi he closes his other eye when he uses the Sharingan. And i can't think that any Uchiha would freely give up his eye to Danzou either.
On the subject of spoilers...
The whole chapter has already been translated
Doesn't tell us much we didn't already know, the cloudies are going to take Naruto up on his offer (obvious) and Naruto reveals some of what he learned in his internal talk with the Fourth to Kakashi and Yamato.
I used that word in comparison to the other times he has been injured. He had his entire body skinned when he became the Kyuubi, and that healed up very quickly. A beat down from those ninjas are mere scratches compared to that.
