Looks pretty cool, too bad its a 2010 movie though.

I have to say it looks pretty damn awesome. Then again I always liked vampire movies. When done correctly anyway. Hope it gets released soon.
you know, i was skeptical cuz vampire moives rarely turn out well, but it actually looks pretty interesting...and the appearance of the green goblin sealed the deal.
Has anyone actually seen this yet? How was it?

I thought I mentioned on IRC that I saw it 2 weeks ago? >_>
Well it was awesome, that's all there needs to be said.

I'm surprised you thought it was awesome. I actually thought it was terrible. The concept of the plot was really good but that's about where the positives ended for me. I found it to be cliched and corny in general really. The dialogue was shockingly bad. They even had a gratuitous bra-less scene, but you kind of expect that these days.
Ethan Hawke's still got it and tried his best to be the movie's saving grace, but in the end the whole thing tried too hard to be the next Matrix but with vampires. The directors are even going for the whole "brothers" angle like the Wachowskis.
I think I know precisely what I mean
when I say it's a schpadoinkle day
ya this movie sucked major ass,,,,the plot was unique and interesting but the execution was horrible. The acting sucked, the dialogue was idiotic, and the ending (despite being a blood bath) left much to be desired. The only good thing about this movie for me was seeing Willem dafoe.
