The volleyball arc itself was a let down for me. Nothing really interesting. I'd gladly let it be the second-best JUMP series (after One Piece, of course) for me if it were more deliquent fights orientated.

Source: ANNAn advertisement has revealed that a television anime adaptation of Ryūhei Tamura's Beelzebub manga will premiere next January. The advertisement lists the following cast members: Katsuyuki Konishi, Miyuki Sawashiro, Shizuka Itou, Aki Toyosaki, Tomokazu Seki, and Takahiro Mizushima.
There is already an Beelzebub event anime which will run during Shueisha's Jump Super Anime Tour 2010 this fall. The event anime is the first original anime project for the manga.
